Advanced Exercise protocols-Exercise and Fitness

     I was a personal trainer, additionally training many other personal trainers at one of the first 100 Nautilus centers in the country back in 1976. This technology was new and quite exciting but many people in the field were unfamiliar with the principles of physics and rehabilitation that this new equipment utilized. I took personal interest (it became a passion of mine) and I studied extensively on my own at the local medical school library to understand better this new approach to fitness.

     Over the years as new technology and different approaches presented themselves I have explored these and found most to be questionable but some to be quite effective at increasing our abilities to perform better at the tasks that we find important whether it be sports or daily activities of life.
